Follow the instructions on the cartridge (included with your threshold seal kit) regarding how to prepare the adhesive & sealant for application. Then simply insert the cartridge into the gun and squeeze the trigger to push the adhesive out of the tube, allowing you to produce controlled, even lines of adhesive. You can then apply the adhesive to the concrete as outlined in the instructions.
